Clean Bin Project

I am very very VERY excited.

In a couple of weeks time, there will be real live FILM STARS in Warminster.

In fact, not just in Warminster.
In our house!!

The stars of the Clean Bin Project are coming to the UK, for a select series of screenings, culminating in a trip to the metropolis of Warminster.
Grant and Jen needed somewhere to crash before heading back to Canada after the screening, so I have volunteered our spare room.
Which at the moment has descended back into a Dumping Ground and needs another blitz. Don’t panic guys, it will be fit for film stars by the time you arrive…

The Clean Bin Project is AMAZING!

Grant and Jen (aka the Film Stars) undertook a challenge to not only Buy Nothing New, but also to live Waste Free.
Kind of My Make Do and Mend Year meets the Rubbish Diet.
And they made a competition out of it.
And an award winning film 🙂

As I said there are five UK screenings, starting later on this week, so with any luck, there might be one near you!

  • Fri 23rd August, Brighton
  • Tues 27th August, Suffolk
  • Weds 28th August, York
  • Thurs 29th August, Shrewsbury
  • Fri 30th August, Wiltshire (Warmsinter!!)

You can find out more information about the film, and the screenings, on the website,
More information about the Wiltshire screening, which is being organised by Wiltshire Wildlife Trust and is FREE (but please book your ticket in advance), is on their events page.

  1. Ooh … Just watched the film trailer and it looks great! Sadly I shan’t be able to get to see it anywhere. 🙂

  2. Oh this sounds like fun – so much planning involved, for sure, but once you’re sorted with your washing powder, or your toothpaste, you’re on the right track!
