Scrapstore Wonderland…

Today was our last morning of ‘Make and Play’ at the Wiltshire Scrapstore for this half-term (you can read all about our 1st ever trip to the Scrapstore here). We donned the tinsel and the Santa hats, and set off having been promised a “big surprise” the week before.

We made all sorts of ‘beautiful’ decorations from carefully selected scrap:

A "boingy thing"

And then, after snacks and Christmas songs, came the “big surprise”:

Father Christmas!

Father Christmas!

That’s right. The Big Man himself. In his converted Scrapstore bus grotto!

And I managed to pick up some supplies for making some mini Christmas trees;

So we all came away happy 🙂
